Whitley Caviness coordinates the acquisitions, dispositions and refinancing for HK Holdings. With over 10 years of experience in the residential and commercial real estate sectors, she is known for her exceptional organization and attention to detail.

 Prior to joining Thirty-Four, Whitley supported the sales team at Chicago Title NCS. Before that, she worked with a local home builder, where she gained valuable experience in scheduling and project management.

 Whitley holds a BS in Marketing from the University of Mississippi. In her free time, she enjoys playing mahjong, needlepointing, and spending time with her husband, daughter, and black lab.
